Get your kicks on Route 66 during the St. Louis Route 66 Festival to be held at the Old Chain of Rocks Bridge. The event offers a day of fun and activities on both sides of the Bridge, in Missouri and Illinois.

Parking: Limited paid parking is available at the Missouri Bridge entrance, $5 per vehicle; some spaces will be reserved for handicapped visitors at no charge. Free parking will be available at the St. Louis Welcome Center at Riverview and I-270 and North Riverfront Park, off Riverview south of the waterworks. Expanded free parking is also available at the Illinois Bridge entrance. A free shuttle will be available from the St. Louis Welcome Center to the MO Bridge entrance and from the Illinois parking lot to the IL Bridge entrance; 11:00 am– 6:30 pm. Directions to expanded IL parking: From I-270 take IL Route 3 south to Chain of Rocks Road. Turn right (west) on Chain of Rocks Road crossing the Chain of Rocks Canal to the Bridge entrance. Visitors will be directed to the new and improved parking.
