Policy on collecting personal information from visitors
The Confluence Partnership respects the privacy of our online visitors. We do not require you to register or provide personal information in order to use our site. If you wish to stay informed via our e-newsletter about upcoming programs, news or opportunities for volunteer service, please sign up from this website. By visiting confluencegreenway.org, you signify your agreement to the terms and conditions of The Confluence Partnership’s Privacy Policy.

Use of voluntarily supplied personal information
We will only share personally identifiable information with third parties when (i) the person submitting the information authorizes us to share it; (ii) sharing the information is a necessary operation of the site, for instance, to process a donation, or (iii) we are required by law to do so. As noted above, an e-newsletter is available upon request. You do NOT need to be a member of The Confluence to receive this letter. Confluence e-newsletter subscriber lists are never sold to third parties. You may remove your name from our email list at any time by selecting "Remove yourself from mailing list" at the bottom of the newsletter.

Membership privacy policy
Members providing their email addresses to The Confluence will automatically receive the e-newsletter in addition to our print newsletter mailed to members and friends of the organization. Confluence membership lists are never sold. Periodically, The Confluence Partnership may elect to supply, free of charge, the names and addresses of its members to like-minded nonprofit organizations. A member may remove his/her name from our newsletter lists or request exclusion from list trades at any time by notifying donate@trailnet.org or by calling 314/436-1324, ext. 103.

Security of credit card information
The Confluence Partnership uses Commerce Bank as a third party payment processor, for more information related to security of our on-line transactions please refer to www.commercebank.com

Contributions may also be made by phone. We follow the same security procedures for donations by check.

Refund Policy
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact The Confluence Partnership Membership Office at 314/436-1324 x 111 or kathleen@trailnet.org, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Use of "cookies."
The Confluence Partnership does not use this technology.
